FULL BODYWEIGHT TABATA INTERVAL WORKOUT

Get ready to move fast with  TABATA TRAINING interval sets (20 seconds of work, and only 10 seconds rest, for 4 minutes)! Keep your heart rate  working as hard as you can during the "work" phase of the interval. Complete as many repetitions as possible during that time. 

EASY RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT 

Snap out of it and grab an exercise band instead. This lightweight portable equipment may be even more effective than a set of dumbbells, because it improves strength and balance( 45 seconds 15 seconds rest)  Plus, “you work in a full range of motion, so it targets muscles that you can miss with weights. WORKOUT ENDS WITH A 15 MIN. MEDITATION SESSION.

LEVEL 1/2 HATHA YOGA (Beginner/Intermediate)

This class will begin on your mat with breathing techniques to calm and center the mind and body in preparation for your practice.  Using a variety of reclined, sitting, kneeling, standing and balancing poses, we will review basics, alignment and also add on challenging options to allow additional flexibility and strength. This moderately paced class will slow down for final resting pose (Shavasana), for the final minutes of class, to bring balance and relaxation. A 30 minute Meditation will follow.  Meditation is a time to quiet the mind and connect with yourself. Some guidance will be given. Visitors for Meditation pay$5

LEVEL1 HATHA YOGA

This class will offer a relaxing and unwinding effect. Staying on the ground on our mats we will stretch at a slow pace, allowing for beginners to learn poses and the flow of a basic yoga class.  Beginning with connecting mind and body through breathing techniques, we will then work through various reclined, seated and kneeling poses, with options for relaxation and comfort-ability. We will take our time to align, relax, release, restore.  This practice will end with final resting pose (Shavasana), for the final minutes of class, to bring balance and relaxation.
